The State-of-the-Art facility

The State-of-the-Art facility is developed in 3524 sq. meter land area with 1900 sq. meter construction and two seperate product lines. These two product lines are for manufacturing of Sodium Valproate, Valproic Acid and Divalproex Sodium to avoid any cross contamination and product mix up. Every powder processing has individual HVACs (Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning) again to avoid any cross contamination.

Kadamb has highly sophisticated GMP standards, different size reactors of more than 140 KL capacity. Our Liquid Storage Capacity is more than 300 MT. The manufacturing facility has flexibility to operate in various ranges of product and batch size in compliance with environment, health and safety standards.
Kadamb is located near Indrad in Mehsana District (40 Kms from Ahmedabad International Airport), giving it good connectivity for Air Transport. It is also well connected to all the national highways and surrounded by prominent pharma companies.

Research & Development

Kadamb has its own fully functional Quality Control Laboratory with all the necessary equipment as per GLP standards. Water is a very important part in API manufacturing and hence we have two separate RO plant lines along with mix bed and temperature-controlled loop system facility to give purified water as per Pharmacopeia guidelines.

We have a sophisticated and ultra modern research laboratory to facilitate us in conducting detailed research in synthetic chemistry.

Our research and development experts are engaged in developing unique methodologies that permit us in conducting our procedures in a cost-effective, safe and eco-friendly manner.
